Greetings Galactic Citizens,

This is a solo player game where you take on the role of an Intergalactic Space Trader. You have a freighter which you fly from planet to planet selling your trade goods in the hope of making a profit. You can upgrade your ship, buy bigger ships, make investments and trade goods. Along the way you might do some mining, find a derelict ship, fend off space pirates or head into the entertainment sector. Who knows whom you might meet there.

IST is a game you can play on the move, as you do not have to use dice although a set of polyhedral dice is handy. You can instead, close your eyes and place a pen on a chart and generate a result that way.

Description

IST is designed to be portable solo player game, being in an A6 format makes it the perfect pocket size game.  This game is inspired the Amiga game Frontier: Elite II  which is a classic Sci-Fi game of explorations and trade, Intergalactic Space Trader follows on in this classical suit in a portable pocket format.

Included within the booklet are:

Book 1 – The Trade Planets Index

Book 2 – The Ship Manual (This one is your starting ship the TICK F6a)

Book 3 – The Planet Guide

The Planet Sheet

Also included are the Expansions, the Wasp and Scarab spaceships

To Play 

Simply start with Book 1 and work your way through the books. Once you have finished with book 3 and visited your first planet you will come back to book 1 and plan another trade route. There is no separate rule book, but you will need to print out the planet sheets.

The Omnibus consists of 123 pages.

    This is the second expansion of Rad Zone Totality and is designed to be used in conjunction with the core rules. It includes the search matrix for the Exhibition Centre and the building map. All the search matrix references for the map are included n the expansion, so this is a totally new location and map for your survivors.

     

    The Exhibition Centre search matrices are listed first. Search modifiers do not apply to all tables in the matrix: guidance is provided in the title of the table. Some of the tables are designed to increase the random nature of searching so may point you to another table. In the centre page and at the back of the book are the maps. They included large and smaller formats;  giving two print options.

     

    Situation

    You have discovered a large building which appears to be an Exhibition Centre. There could be useful loot inside, but you can see from the outside that there has already been some looting and it looks like there may even be people living within the structure. However, there could potentially be supplies and handy equipment for the bunker.

     

    You may now select the Exhibition Centre when out on mission!
