Description
Setting
2D6 Legendary Dungeon is set in its own fantasy world, called Coradine. It is a land where the people have a longstanding peace, war seemingly forgotten, and the regions and realms respect a unified sovereignty. However a rumour is spreading. It whispers of a terrible place where an insidious evil grows. It is said to be in a land not far from yours, where people live in fear of the night. Merchants who pass through your village talk of a terrifying presence; a mighty dungeon, hewn from rock, a stone maw risen from the churning ground. A temple and monastery positioned above it have disappeared, sucked into the depths. A militia went to investigate but they never returned and now, no one dares approach.
People talk of you in the same breath as hope. You are their hero, their legend. They see this as your responsibility, that you must protect the realm. You know deep down that it is your destiny to face this terrible enemy. What form it takes no one can tell, but you are the only one who can face it. Your Mythical Armour and Fabled Weapon make you a powerful force, but will it be enough to take on the Legendary Dungeon?
What Else You Need to Play
As well as the 2D6 Dungeon Core Rules book, the Tables Codex book, you will need 2 different-coloured six-sided dice, an additional 2 six-sided dice, a pencil, and a dot grid sheet to draw the map on (see rear of the book).
