2D6 3rd Party Licence

Licence

This licence allows anyone to make content for 2D6 Dungeon and either publish it for free or sell it, without us taking a cut. This could include new lairs, tables, characters, weapons, mods and rules. To use it to publish content you will insert two pieces of text and follow a few basic rules:

Content:

1	If you adhere to these terms you are allowed to publish free or commercial material based upon and/or declaring compatibility with 2D6 Dungeon without express permission from DR Games and/or Toby Lancaster.
2	Art and text from our books may not be reused or translated, unless you have our explicit permission. You can use the names of creatures, locations and entities of the game world.
3	The mechanics and game rules of 2D6 may be referenced freely but not duplicated.
4	Content created under this Third Party License is not considered canon or viewed as an official product of the Coradine setting.

Branding:

5	Your product cannot use the DR Games logo or the regular 2D6 Dungeon logo unless you have our explicit permission.
6	You are allowed and encouraged (but not required) to use the 2D6 Dungeon Compatibility Logo. You can download it here: 2D6 Dungeon Compatible Logo
7	You are not allowed to give the impression that this is an official 2D6 Dungeon product or that we endorse or sponsor you in any way unless we’ve made special arrangements with you.

Legal

8	DR Games and Toby Lancaster take no responsibility for any legal claims against your product.
9	Any legal disputes, controversies or claims related to this license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of English judiciary system.
10.	The following text must be included in the legal text or credits in the publication, and on the website or storefront (for example the product description on DrivethruRPG) where you promote the product: [Product name] is an independent production by [Author or Publisher] and is not affiliated with DR Games or Toby Lancaster. It is published under the 2D6 Dungeon Third Party License.
11.	This copyright text must be legibly included somewhere in the product and on the storefront: 2D6 Dungeon is copyright of DR Games and Toby Lancaster.

There is no need to add in a credit for Toby Lancaster as Designer or Creator to the credits, simply add the text above in section 10 and 11. Don’t forget to add in the product name and your name in the first sentence.

By complying with these rules, you are helping maintain the integrity of the community and longevity of 2D6 Dungeon.

NFT’s cannot be made from 2D6 Dungeon brands, products or designs.

Important: You must avoid sexist, racist, homophobic and transphobic tropes and themes in your content under this license. The world of 2D6 Dungeon doesn’t need it.
